Consult And Assess
First things first—let us talk with you to gain a clear “lay of the land” view of your congregation’s specific strengths and needs, and to explore how we can support and build on what your pastor and leadership are already doing. This is a come-alongside ministry that recognizes every church is unique and that no one-size-fits-all approach works. We aim to listen first and ask thoughtful questions based on information gathered beforehand. Zoom consultations are free or available for any donation. There is nothing for sale here—our heart for the local church is simply to serve.

Consult And Strategize
Most churches invest in an annual or biannual churchwide or small-group evangelism emphasis, often supported by a short training window. TSP strategies help churches build ongoing outreach awareness and a culture of year-round training rather than brief bursts of focus. For example, TSP can suggest ways to integrate a quarterly evangelism emphasis at the small-group level, implement initiatives like “CrossOver,” and ensure every congregant has access to free, readily available evangelism and apologetics training 24/7.

TSP conferences and workshops are designed to help churches launch evangelism initiatives and renew focus with practical, biblically grounded messages and training. Each event provides clear direction, encouragement, and actionable next steps for leaders and congregations. These resources are developed with the broader American church context in mind while remaining adaptable to each church’s unique setting. The goal of every conference, and workshop is to help fortify the “Great Commission” DNA of the local church.

We believe your congregation and your corner of the field is a distinctly unique ministry context. The first phase will be introductory to allow us to meet you and a team potentially specifically to get a lay of the land and find out what the strength and weaknesses are of the existing strategy if their is one. Then we will provide diagnostic surveys for both leadership, and congregants before making any strategy recommendations.
