How We Can Help
TSP Ministries exists to Advance the Great Commission by equipping believers and strengthening the local church. Our mission is twofold. First, we provide high-quality evangelism and apologetics resources that anyone can access—anywhere, anytime—completely free of charge. Second, we come alongside local churches and associations to offer encouragement, strategic insight, and practical training that helps leaders challenge, equip, and support believers as they grow into fully engaged Great Commission Christians.
With this in mind, we provide a practical forum where church leaders can explore and discuss strategies and resources designed to help initiate, promote, or strengthen their congregation’s witness within their specific community. We recognize that every church and every demographic context is unique. By taking a collaborative “two heads—or even ten heads—are better than one” approach, we seek to offer thoughtful, tailored counsel based on real-time insight we gain from you and your leadership regarding the evangelistic health and needs of your people.
My name is Brett Shannon, founder of The Soul Project. Through years of preaching evangelism conferences, serving on evangelism leadership boards, and developing training resources, I’ve seen both the strengths and the common gaps in how churches approach outreach. We certainly don’t have all the answers but perhaps it could be worth your while to see how we have helped churches of all sizes develop effective evangelism and apologetics strategies that leave people more inspired, more consistent and better trained. Consultations are free. (or for any donation)
Consultation Made Easy
1
Reach Out To Us
Setting up and preparing for a Zoom consultation is simple. Once you reach out to schedule a meeting, we will send a brief survey that helps us get to know your church, your community, and the current temperature of outreach within your congregation. The survey also helps us understand your needs and what efforts you have already been making to reach others with the gospel.
2
Complete The Survey
Take a few minutes to complete the survey and return it to us. Your responses help us better understand your church, your community, and the outreach efforts you have already been pursuing. This information allows us to prepare thoughtfully so our conversation can focus on practical ideas, meaningful encouragement, and strategies that best fit your unique ministry context.
3
Schedule Your Consultation
Once we receive your completed survey, you will receive a message confirming that we have received it and that we will be contacting you soon to schedule your consultation. This allows us to review your responses and begin thinking through helpful ideas before we speak. We look forward to introducing ourselves and exploring how we might be able to help and encourage you.
Every Church! Every Believer!
Through our process called Advance, we examine, prescribe, implement, and support. We do not, as Paul said, “fight as one beating the air.” Our process—providing an initial diagnostic, tailored strategy, and implementation resources—supplies the vision, structure, and tools needed to help churches replace a hit-and-miss approach with a biblical path toward effectiveness.
We believe your congregation and your corner of the field is a distinctly unique ministry context. The first phase will be introductory to allow us to meet you and a team potentially specifically to get a lay of the land and find out what the strength and weaknesses are of the existing strategy if their is one. Then we will provide diagnostic surveys for both leadership, and congregants before making any strategy recommendations.
If invited, we will work with you to develop a thoughtful annual evangelism strategy that balances various forms of evangelism emphasis with accessible training and practical resources. The goal is to help your congregants remain motivated, grow in confidence, and encourage one another as they faithfully share their faith. The overarching goal of any strategy is to help churches and individuals cultivate and sustain a culture of personal evangelism—one that becomes a natural and enduring part of the church’s life and DNA.
